* Limit BOOZE (sniff sniff/wail/moan/sob)
* Increase WATER intake (water not spiked with Booze)
* Limit non-creative or work related INTERNET/COMPUTER time (2 hours max)
* Limit TV (2 hours max, ok 3)
* Limit time spent with douches/friends/strangers/randoms/bars
* Work on paintings
* Clean House
* Stop being a douche
